General Usage Guidelines:
UPS and its batteries are covered with respective standard warranty, given that:
- Indoor use only and recommended room temperature should be 20 to 25 degrees Celsius only.
- Lower than 20 degrees Celsius reduces battery capacity while higher than 25 degrees Celsius shortens battery lifespan
- Must not expose to direct sunlight, dust, liquid and any other environmental factors that are harmful to UPS and its batteries.
- Unauthorized personnel should not execute any repair on UPS external and internal physical parts including batteries.
- Acts of Nature (Rain/Typhoon, Earthquake, and the like), Fire, and human made errors (from unauthorized personnel) will not be covered of the warranty.
- Air Conditioning Unit Blowers must not be pointed directly at UPS & its Battery Cabinets.
- Do not connect non-IT equipments such as hair blower, flat iron, rice cooker, electric fan, floor polisher & other motorized/heat-producing appliances
